# Terms of Sale

Here you’ll find the terms that apply to ticket purchases, as well as the show’s date-change and refund policy.

## Terms of Sale

These terms govern ticket purchases and the procedure for requesting date changes or refunds.

Before completing your booking, we recommend reviewing them to avoid any issues.

> You may request a date change or a refund up to 24 hours before the show starts. If the organizer changes or cancels the performance for reasons attributable to them, the ticket amount will be refunded.

### 1) Refund

You may request a **refund** for your ticket up to **24 hours before** the show starts.

### 2) Date change

You may request a **date change** for your booking up to **24 hours before** the show starts, subject to availability.

### 3) Non-personalized and transferable ticket

The ticket **is not issued in a name** and may therefore **be transferred** to another person.

### 4) Loss, theft or misplacement

The organizer (Tablao Flamenco Las Setas) **is not responsible** in case of loss, theft or misplacement of the ticket or the booking reference.

### 5) Show adjustments or cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the show, including **date, time or performers**, or to cancel the performance in the event of technical, artistic or **force majeure** circumstances.

### 6) Refund due to organizer-attributable change or cancellation

If a material change occurs or the show is cancelled for reasons **attributable to the organizer**, the customer is entitled to a **refund** of the amount paid for their ticket(s).

### 7) How to request a date change or a refund

To process a date change or a refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us using the form on the contact page. Include, please, the **show date**, the **number of tickets** and your **booking reference** so we can handle it as quickly as possible.
