Terms of Sale
These terms govern ticket purchases and the procedure for requesting date changes or refunds.
Before completing your booking, we recommend reviewing them to avoid any issues.
You may request a date change or a refund up to 24 hours before the show starts. If the organizer changes or cancels the performance for reasons attributable to them, the ticket amount will be refunded.
1) Refund
You may request a refund for your ticket up to 24 hours before the show starts.
2) Date change
You may request a date change for your booking up to 24 hours before the show starts, subject to availability.
3) Non-personalized and transferable ticket
The ticket is not issued in a name and may therefore be transferred to another person.
4) Loss, theft or misplacement
The organizer (Tablao Flamenco Las Setas) is not responsible in case of loss, theft or misplacement of the ticket or the booking reference.
5) Show adjustments or cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the show, including date, time or performers, or to cancel the performance in the event of technical, artistic or force majeure circumstances.
6) Refund due to organizer-attributable change or cancellation
If a material change occurs or the show is cancelled for reasons attributable to the organizer, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for their ticket(s).
7) How to request a date change or a refund
To process a date change or a refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us using the form on the contact page. Include, please, the show date, the number of tickets and your booking reference so we can handle it as quickly as possible.
